Roopal, our Owner, is a qualified primary school teacher and is also our Early Years Professional. Mandy, our Manager, has a Level 4 Open University qualification in Early Years and is also our Safeguarding Lead.  She is paediatric first aid trained. Our second Manager, Chloe, is Level 3 qualified and is our SENCO and Deputy Safeguarding Lead. She is paediatric first aid trained. Our Deputy, Sian, is Level 3 qualified and has many years’ experience in Early Years. She is paediatric first aid trained. We also have Early Years Assistants who have lots of experience with preschool children. We sometimes offer apprenticeships or placements to students at local secondary schools and colleges. We have a high ratio of adults to children which means that your child will have lots of attention and benefit from excellent adult-child interactions.
